Our Program combines innovation and convenience to educate you about comprehensive diet plans right on your desktop.

No single diet is right for everyone.

We provide you with basic nutritional information. It may be customized to perfectly suit your individual needs.

Modern society offers a variety of tempting foods that may disturb the balance of your sugar metabolism, overload your bile production, or even accelerate your heart rate.

Allow your body to benefit maximally from a balanced and well-nourishing food plan that is easy to follow.

You will be able to monitor yourself over an 8-week period.  It gives you the time needed to get accustomed to the changes. You may make any choices you wish.

We offer basic nutritional and dietary information to help you learn how to build a personally healthy diet.

  • Learn about healthy eating from the nutritional information we provide you.
  • Every day your body requires a certain amount of energy from carbohydrates, protein, and fats to function properly.
  • Eating a variety of foods ensures that you get all of the necessary nutrients and other substances associated with good health.  No single food provides all of the nutrients your body needs.

Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated.

The best approach is to follow general dietary recommendations unless you need a special diet for a specific health problem. These recommendations have evolved over the years to keep pace with expanding scientific knowledge on how diet can affect health and prevent disease.

The most recent recommendations come from the National Academy of Sciences’ Institute of Medicine.

These guidelines are significantly different from those of the past, particularly in regard to carbohydrates and fat.

Now, more fat is allowed.  Carbohydrates recommendations have a lower minimum percentage.  It’s now 44 percent from 55 percent. This is a result of new research. The research shows that people with a certain body type and metabolic profile may benefit from fewer carbohydrates and more mono-unsaturated fat.
